I had been experiencing eye discomfort for a few weeks and came in to see Dr. Park at Eye Care Center in Addison. After a few tests, Dr. Park determined the underlying problem and provided me a treatment plan. My eyes are feeling great now! Great office and staff!

My son is 8 years old and has autism. I truly appreciate how well the entire staff was able to handle my baby. They made us comfortable, worked with any difficulties there were during his eye exam, to which there was only 1 occurrence with putting eye drops in his eyes, to which they managed to do, and just was overall pleasant. Thank you all there at Eye Care Center for giving us a really nice first visit

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I had such a great experience I wanted to share mine. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the “Eye Care Center” because it looks fairly small from the outside but I was wondering pleasantly surprised to find an office that had top notch technology and a wonderful staff. I felt very well taken care of as a first time client and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain some things about my eyes and his recommendations. BONUS- staff is bilingual and super friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough !

I call prior to making an appointment to make sure they can help with styes. They confirm they can help me with my stye. All they did was confirm I had a stye and referred me to another optometrist. Waste of my time and money to visit this place.I am also not happy with the experience I had with the receptionist. She gives me the paper work to fill out my insurance and personal information. I spend about 2 minutes filling it out before she goes "just hurry up and sign the bottom" and grabs the paper work from me before I can even finish filling in my information.Edit to reply to owner: Initials of patient A.D. Visit on July 12, time must have been between 12-3 in the afternoon. I'm sure you'll be able to find my incomplete patient info document that was collected and see this is not a fake review. And very very sorry my terminology of optometrist, ophthalmologist, etc, is not accurate. All I know is I called ahead of time to ensure this location could treat styes. I get the affirmative, make the appointment just to be sent to a different doctor. I went somewhere else that was not recommended by your location. And guess what!? They treated my styes without surgery!

My first visit to eyecare center was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, care was outstanding. I'm a disabled veteran. I appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me. Although I received bad news, I left with a feeling of hope. Thank you!

The entire appointment was great. The office is located in a mall. Easy to find and plenty of parking. I was seen by the Med-tech as soon as we arrived. He was very kind and professional. As soon as the tech was finished his testing I went to see the DR. DR Albina was wonderful. He totally knew my vision situation and spoke to both my wife and I. It was a refreshing experience because he, in just a few minutes knew exactly what I have be dealing with for almost 40 years. He is going to stay in contact with me even though this was a one time visit set up by Veterans Evaluation Services. I highly recommend DR. Albina!
